Demitr ("the Service") is an AI chat widget provided by dcode technologies S.à r.l. ("we", "us"), registered in Luxembourg (RCS B281.932). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Prices are listed at demitr.ai. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

The AI generates responses based on the business context you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's context to ensure it reflects your business accurately.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with the GDPR and EU AI Act.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Intellectual property

The Demitr name, logo, and brand are property of dcode technologies S.à r.l. The WordPress plugin is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. The widget JavaScript is proprietary but freely embeddable on any site.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Luxembourg City.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to paid subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
